With Bowen Technique, I am happy to work either directly onto skin or through light clothing.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with all relevant forms (or posted), where to find me and what to wear and what to expect prior to your first appointment. There will be a thorough consultation at the first appointment taking into account your lifestyle and anything you wish to discuss. Assessments may be carried out if required and then a treatment takes place. Each appointment is tailored to what you require and lasts an hour.
An initial course of three treatments is recommended to see how the client responds to treatment. Some clients will experience instant pain relief, whereas with others the body may respond over the next few days, but normally even chronic conditions will see relief with an initial set of three treatments.
It is recommended that clients are receiving no other physical therapies whilst being treated with the Bowen Technique
